Support and feature requests

The support requests, feature requests and bug reports are managed with the MP Computing JIRA project .

All users in the machine-protection-studies-users e-group (i.e. all users of the computing resources) have access to the project and can create feature requests (issue type "New feature"), support requests (issue type "Support") or bug reports (issue type "Bug"). A JIRA user account will be created automatically when first attempting to login.

Users are encouraged to use JIRA for such requests and to follow-up within JIRA using comments.
